Sally has been employed by FITA since 2000 and looks after the company's onshore Food Industry Training interests. Having qualifications in food hygiene, HACCPs, vocational assessor (D32,33) and internal verifier (V1) for SVQ's makes her an ideal person to deliver the following training.

Hygiene & HACCPs courses, Sally is an approved SEAFISH Trainer.

Advice and help with HACCP & hygiene plans.

SVQ Food & Drink manufacturing operations level 1,2,3.

Assessor Training A1 - for SVQ's in food and aquaculture.

Other short and distance learning courses with supported workshops.
