  • Food Hygiene - Introductory Level 1 - 2-3 hour REHIS certificate in 7 languages (English, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish).
  • Food Hygiene - Elementary Level 2 - one-day REHIS certificate.
  • Food Hygiene - Intermediate Level 3 - Open learning work and home study.
  • Food Hygiene - CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in: Manufacturing / Retail / Catering in 4 languages. 1 day taught course or Open Learning with supported workshops.

Infection Control Training

REHIS Infection Control Training course is available for all staff who may handle food in a care setting, such as care homes, private homes, nurseries, day-care centres, schools, etc. This course available to meet the needs of all food handlers in care settings and the Care Commission requirements.

Prices From £10 pp plus Exam fees.

  • Level One Courses £250 for up to 15 people.
  • Level 2 courses £350 for up to 12 people.
  • Level 3 courses £350 for 1st candidate and £200 thereafter.
  • Seafish HACCP course £350 for up to 12 people.
  • Plus Exam fees and minimal Travel and Subsistence if necessary.
  • Venue in your workplace if suitable.

Fishing Vessel's
  • "fishing vessel crews - Introductory Food Hygiene 2-3 hours -
