Dates: August, at the Spectum Centre , By the Bus Station in the city Centre, Inverness. REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene one-day level two course.
Open to all interested

IDEAL for school leavers or will-be students - could help you to win a spare-time job.
IDEAL for community volunteers (Lunch clubs etc), or carers, or anyone wanting to start a small food business.
ESSENTIAL for any food handler especially if you are working with ready-to-eat or high-risk foods.

- New course in "Infection Control Training" available for all staff who may handle food in a care setting, such as care homes, private homes, nurseries, day-care centres, schools, etc. The NEW REHIS course will soon be available to meet the needs of all food handlers in care settings and the Care Commission requirements.

- Food Hygiene - Introductory Level 1 - 2-3 hour REHIS certificate in 7 languages (English, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish).
- Food Hygiene - Elementary Level 2 - one-day REHIS certificate.

- Level One Courses £175 for up to 15 people.
- Level 2 courses £300 for up to 12 people.
- Level 3 courses £350 for 1st candidate and £200 thereafter.
- Seafish HASSP course £250 for up to 12 people.
- Plus Exam fees and minimal Travel and Subsistence if necessary.
